What does Personal Injury Protection or PIP insurance cover?

By law, all insured drivers have medical (Personal Injury Protection or PIP) coverage as part of their policy. Which covers for the diagnosis and treatment of injuries that occurred as a result of your auto accident. What is the 14 day rule for my auto accident care?

Within 14 days of your accident a licensed physician must perform a medical evaluation. If an evaluation is not performed within 14 day your insurance company may deny the benefits for medical coverage. The 14 day rule goes into affect beginning on the day of your automobile accident. Once a physician performs an evaluation you then get to keep your medical coverage for treatment if needed.

If the accident is my fault will my PIP coverage still allow me to treat?

Regardless if at fault or not you may be entitled to up to 10,000 dollars in medical benefits and lost wages.

Does your office provide transportation?

Car accidents can be very stressful, especially after the loss of your vehicle. For this reason we offer our patients transportation for all of their auto accident rehabilitation.

May I receive Chiropractic care if I’m undergoing medical treatment?

Yes we may co-manage your treatment plan while you are actively receiving of medical treatment. Chiropractic and Rehabilitation offers several options for relief of your particular injuries.   I can't say enough great things about Dr White.  I get a massage, the masseuses get  my body loose and ready for the adjustments. Then when Dr White see me. Does the adjustments, I always feel 1000xs better afterwards.
